Dears,
ICMS Group has not been standing still... On the contrary, your innovative supplier of information and knowledge technology can once again look back on a number of important realisations, both technologically and commercially.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to know more about one of the following items.
After the foundation of a joint venture for the Belgian market with ICT market leader Cronos, ICMS Group has now concluded an important contract with Unisys Europe. Unisys will distribute and apply ICMS Group’s knowledge solution — TiNK4u — and its Knowledge-Centric Management approach among its European customers. In addition to the commercial importance for the future, this also entails an important (additional) positive validation of our interpretation of knowledge management on the level of both method and technology.
This TiNK implementation encompasses three major domains: (1) processing of purchase invoices, (2) generation and mailing of sales invoices with all required annexes and (3) legal archive. TiNK is in accordance with the guidelines of the circular AOIF16/2008 of the Belgian Federal Public Service for Finances (FOD Financiën).
Not only do you save on costs and increase productivity, you also improve your customer service, which increases your customers’ efficiency!
Industry organisation Agoria is organizing 5 successive workshops on the application of knowledge management. Hans Van Heghe, CEO of ICMS Group, was asked to provide the content and shape of these sessions. At this moment, the number of actual registrations is already more than double what Agoria expected, so we can rightly say there is a strong growth of the number of KM start-ups.
The newest version of this processing station integrates by default multiple input channels (scan, fax, e-mail, web forms). In addition, it also includes auto-classification, so all kinds of correspondence can be validated, processed and archived even faster and more efficiently. Thanks to its new stamping procedure TiNK becomes an even faster and intelligent archiving solution.
Specifically designed for local governments — but also used by e.g. Deloitte Belgium — TiNK Mid-Office is a total solution for case management. TiNK Mid-Office encompasses (1) a TiNKbase as central storage repository, (2) DMS/eCM features, (3) intelligent context workflow with dynamic associations to related information (contacts, documents, legislation, templates), (4) address management or CRM contacts, (5) linking with other back-office applications and front-office channels and (6) automatic generation and archiving of outgoing correspondence.
Do not hesitate to contact me or your regular ICMS Group contact person if you would like to find out more about the above or any of our products.
Yours faithfully,
Hans Van Heghe
Managing Director
