Based on semantic network analysis, TiNK4u is able to report a ranking of knowledge domains and their interaction. Repeating this reporting on a monthly basis provides organisations a knowledge evolution report that indicates changes in ranking and the relation between the different domains.

A mapping with an organisation’s expert profiles gives an indication of its knowledge risks: domains that are insufficiently covered by experts (black holes). The report lists the domains that are weakly covered by experts (e.g. only covered by 2 experts; configurable) A mapping with an organisation’s strategic knowledge domains (those that should be covered in the future) gives an indication of actual knowledge gaps (white spots). The report lists the domains that are not actually covered by experts.
